- How do I pay for my rental?
- Payment is collected when you pick up your vehicle — we accept EUR and SCR cash. Card and bank transfer options are coming soon.
- Can you deliver the car to my hotel or the airport?
- Pickup is at our Au Cap office on Mahé. Delivery to your hotel, villa or Seychelles International Airport (SEZ) can be arranged — mention your location in the booking notes or contact us to confirm.
- What driver license do I need?
- Any valid national driver's license in Roman characters, or an International Driving Permit if your license is in another script. Upload a photo or scan during booking.
- What is the minimum rental age?
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a license held for at least one year.
- Are your cars automatic or manual?
- All Car2Go vehicles are automatic transmission — easier on the narrow coastal roads and hill passes of Seychelles.
- Is insurance included?
- Yes. Every rental includes third-party insurance and collision damage coverage. Your maximum liability (excess) varies by vehicle — €1,000 for Grand i10, €1,500 for Urban Cruiser, €3,000 for larger SUVs. You only pay up to this amount in case of damage.
- Can I cancel or change my booking?
- Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Changes to pickup time or location can be made at any time — just reply to your confirmation email or call us.
- Which islands do you serve?
- Car2Go operates on all three main inhabited islands of Seychelles — Mahé (our base), Praslin, and La Digue. For Praslin and La Digue, we coordinate pickup with the ferry or island airport.
